Common Stainless Steel Core Thicknesses (before coating): 0.3mm, 0.4mm.

Overall Band Thickness (Steel + Coating): Specific to product, typically adding 0.1 mm to 0.6 mm to the steel core thickness.

Tensile Strength: Dependent on the base stainless steel grade and dimensions (e.g., typically ranging from 500 MPa to 800 MPa for the steel core). The PVC coating does not significantly contribute to tensile strength.

Roll Length: Commonly supplied in rolls of 100 ft (30.48 m), or 25m.

Available Colors: Black is standard; other colors like red, blue, green, yellow may be available for identification purposes.

Operating Temperature Range: Generally suitable for temperatures from approximately −40C to 150C. The PVC coating's performance can be affected by extreme temperatures.
